Do you cover my postcode?
Based near Colne, East Lancashire, we offer our mobile valeting service to customers throughout Lancashire and the North West region, including in Nelson, Burnley, Accrington, Clitheroe, Whalley, Blackburn, Darwen, Preston (East), Chorley, Bolton, Bury, Manchester (North), Keighley and Skipton.
Due to recent increases in the cost of fuel and other consumables, we're not able to travel to outlying areas for services other than a Full Valet and Full Valet Plus. If you have any doubt about whether we would be able to travel to your postcode, please get in touch, and remember to let us know which service you're interested in.
What vehicles are you able to clean?
In addition to cars we're also able to work on commercial vehicles, including vans and HGV tractor units, and we are specialists in the cleaning of leisure vehicles such as touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans.
Can you remove dog hair?
Yes, we offer dog hair removal as an optional extra. There's an additional fee for dog hair removal because it is a time-consuming process that extends the length of a booking significantly.
How do I make a booking?
Placing a booking is as simple as selecting the service you're interested in on our online booking form before choosing a date and time that suits you. Remember to select any optional extras you require when placing your booking, as this extends the length of the booking and ensures that we will have time to complete the work.
Where should I park?
We need enough space next to your vehicle to park our van safely and legally. If your driveway is not large enough to accommodate both vehicles, a quiet street or public car park nearby would be ideal. If your place of work has parking available you may wish to schedule the booking to take place while you're at work.
If you've choosen a service that includes interior valeting we'll also need to be able to safely open doors on both sides of your vehicle.
Do I need to empty my car before you arrive?
To ensure we can dedicate the full length of the booking to valeting your vehicle, please ensure that all items and personal belongings are removed from your vehicle prior to our arrival e.g. car seats, dog cages, shopping bags etc.
Do you need to use my electricity or water supply?
Our specialist mobile valeting vans are equipped with their own electricity and water supply, so there's no need for you to supply either. However, if it's not an inconvenience for you to do so, it's always appreciated when customers do offer use of their electricity and water. Plugging in direct to the mains rather than our generator produces less noise, which your neighbours may appreciate, and also produces fewer emissions which of course is more environmentally friendly.
What happens if it rains?
If weather conditions are such that we're unable to complete your booking, we may need to contact you to reschedule the entire appointment. In some cases it may be possible to carry out as much of the work as we're able to before returning to complete the valet when the weather improves. We trust our experienced valeters to determine the best course of action, taking into account the conditions on the day and your circumstances.
How do I make payment?
We offer various payment methods, including card and cash on the day. Business customers may wish to pay using bank transfer according to the terms specified on the invoice issued. We are able to provide itemised invoices to all of our customers.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
If you made your booking online, please log in to re-schedule or cancel your booking. If you made the booking over the phone or via email, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that you need to amend your booking, as this will allow us to manage our work schedule effectively.
A cancellation fee may be levied if an appointment is cancelled on the day and without prior agreement.
